I'm a growth and GTM operations leader with over ten years spent turning strategy into actual business growth. In practice that means untangling messy systems, rebuilding the processes underneath them, and getting teams aligned around the signals that drive real action. It takes a lot discipline.
Purpose, curiosity, and steady progress are what keep me going. I've come to believe that meaningful growth rarely comes from one big swing. It comes from building systems and momentum that hold up over time.
I'm based in Tennessee with my wife, three kids, and a house full of pets. Outside of work I'm a big sports fan, a permanent student of just about everything, and an outdoor guy who's always up for the next adventure.
